Welcome to my website. My name is Simone and I'm a widow. I have a large family including 4 brothers, 2 sons, a daughter, a lot of grandchildren and last but not least; my great grandchildren.
I am fairly well travelled and will be writing about that on this page in due course and hope to travel more in the next few years and see more interesting places and meet lots of new people.
I was a professional hair stylist, I qualified to teach that and related subjects in further education and did that for some years. I also did a year learning British Sign Language. I have an award in youth counselling and drug abuse counselling amongst the young too.
I intend to put a lot of information on this web site including photographs that I have collected over the years and new ones too. I live in the West Midlands and will put some photographs on of the area. There are a lot of places of interest and I hope to put those on the photography pages in due course.
I intend to keep active to keep my mind and body alert and healthy. I am also setting goals for the future for the same reason and have begun writing a novel. I like to learn new things, travel to new places and meet new people and that is my main aim in the future.
